To make a booking: Booking forms are available to collect from the table in the hallway of the Corner House. Alternatively, download, print and complete the PDF booking form below. Completed forms, together with the deposit cheque (if relevant), may be returned by post to the address above or delivered to the post box situated at the foot of the stairs inside the Corner House. Deposit cheques should be made out to Charlbury Corner House and War Memorial Hall.
Completed forms for which no deposit is required may be scanned and emailed to the email address above.
Emailed completed booking forms and queries or amendments to previously confirmed bookings will be dealt with when the office is next open. For a faster response to queries please leave a message on the office answerphone together with a number where you can be reached. Likewise, if you should need to contact us urgently please leave a message on the answerphone and someone will get back to you as soon as possible.
Confirmation that a booking has been accepted will be shown by its entry in the master diary, which is kept on the table in the hallway of the Corner House, and on the on-line calendar a few days after the request has been submitted.
Please be aware that bookings are made on a ‘first come, first served’ basis.
